How much does onsite duplication cost? +
The onsite travel fee is $40, charged once per visit regardless of how many cards are done. Card duplication is charged separately at the standard rate: $10 for unencrypted cards, $15 for Mifare Classic, $35 for Mifare Ultralight/DESFire, and $45 for HID iClass.
Can I get multiple cards done in one onsite visit? +
Yes — and this is the best way to use the onsite service. The $40 travel fee is charged once per trip, so duplicating more cards in a single visit brings the cost per household down significantly. You can also involve neighbours in the same building to split the travel fee further.
Do you cover all areas in Singapore? +
Yes — we cover all of Singapore for a flat $40 travel fee. This includes Jurong, Woodlands, Tampines, Pasir Ris, Punggol, Sengkang, Clementi, Buona Vista, and all other areas including Sentosa. The fee does not vary by distance.
What if my card can't be duplicated onsite? +
We always confirm your card type via WhatsApp before visiting, so we can flag potential issues in advance. In the rare case that duplication is not possible during the onsite visit, there is no charge for the card duplication — only the travel fee applies.
How long does an onsite visit take? +
A typical onsite visit takes 20–45 minutes depending on card type and number of cards. Unencrypted and Mifare Classic cards are faster (10–20 minutes each). DESFire and HID iClass take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when you confirm via WhatsApp.
